Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT or “Tapping”) was created by Gary Craig and is part of the Energy Psychology that is becoming increasingly popular due to the tremendous results. It works like emotional acupressure. It quickly, gently and easily releases the negative emotions and beliefs that are at the root of all our problems and pain. I have used these methods with my clients with wonderful, fast and lasting results.
