Want some time out? Need to take stock? Come to the One Day Caretreat and get some inspiration, information and motivation to make some great self-care choices and changes in your life. Learn about mindfulness, EFT (Tapping) boundaries, self-care practices in a fun and friendly setting, If you are overwhelmed, overworked or just over it, this mini retreat will assist you get back on track. The one day Caretreat is designed for people who, for one reason or another cannot (at this stage) commit to a full weekend away.
